review 1: The authors purpose is to entertain. The setting of the story is school, and the party. The main characters are Amanda, Leo, and Stephanie. Amanda is very funny. She is one of the people that were born on the same day. Leo is and interesting guy. He is also one of the main characters. Stephanie is sometimes stuck-up but sometimes not. she is Amanda's friend. The novel is about Leo and Amanda being born on the same day. They woke up one morning and they went to school then their parties. The next morning they woke up and it was the exact same thing as yesterday. At first they thought it was a joke. Then they realized that they had to go to school. It was supposed to be Saturday. it was Friday. Then, it happened for the next 3 days! They realized it happened to their great-g... morerandparents. They thought it was that they have only spent their lives together for 10 years. This was their 11th. They didn't spent a whole year together. It was communicating what caused the day to go over and over. My opinion was that I thought this book was a very descripted book and I recommend this book to teens and adults.
review 2: 11 birthdays, this book is a very interesting book! Your imagination will fly high! Wendy mass is very descriptive with every word, she defiantly has you image everything that's happening in the book. I recommend this book to girls ages 9-14, because it's more of a girls point of view and boys probably won't be interested in that. Good book! What happens is, is two 10 year olds; Amanda and Leo both have the same birthday. They are turning 11 this year but not together like the last 10 parties... Reason why is because they got in a fight last birthday and they haven't talked since. It's there birthday and they still aren't talking. They both have "dreadful" parties, they say. But they don't know that they will have that party again, and again. The next day come by and it's their birthdays again! ITS FRIDAY ALL OVER AGAIN! What's happening???? Read this book and you will find out! THEY ARE STUCK IN THEIR BIRTHDAY less
