review 1: Adin is a scientist with a rather peculiar subject to study - "ancient porn" as he sometimes calls it. Donte is an old vampire who want's to reclaim long lost journal, bought by Adin not so long ago on an auction. As it seems those two are not the only ones who want to get their hands on the mysterious book.It was an interesting story with lovable bunch of characters. I absolutely adored Boaz.One thing that looked a bit strange - italian interpolations.
review 2: 3.5* Adin is a literary treasure hunter who found a rare, 500 year old erotic journal. Donte is the vampire who wrote said journal and he wants it back. Unfortunately Donte is not the only one after the journal and the others are willing to kill for it. This is a story within a story. You get the c... moreontents of the journal (Donte's love affair with a man Asulemo (sp?) from 500 years ago) as well as Donte and Adin's rocky path to something akin to love. Not sure what I really think of this one. Wasn't OMG good, but didn't have me groaning and rolling my eyes (too much) less
