Hello book lovers!!! I hope you all are doing great. It is finally the Christmas break and I have got the holidays at school. So I thought that I should write a new article.
I read this book at the beginning of this year and today I thought I should recommend it to you all…
This is a story about such chocolate lovers and their lives.
There are four main characters in the story;
Lucy : She is totally worried about her financial status and her ex boyfriend offers her support and she is in a situation, whether to accept it or not, because she does not believe him at all.
Autumn : She is finally united with her long lost daughter, and she has so many plans for their future. But things don’t seem to be going according to what she has planned.
Nadia : A single mum who is going through a tough phase. She is in the verge of finding true love but the other parts of her life does not seems to go on that well.
Chantal : A strong woman who has gone through so much and finally she is all ready to be settled in her life, when she hears all bad news that completely turns her life upside down.
These are the main characters in the story and I must say that each character is so unique. It is amazing to see how theses ladies of the Chocolate Lovers Club, are bonded together. I may call it “true friendship”. It is very hard to find true friends in this society because we are too busy. We all have forgotten who we are.
Despite all the problems they face, these amazing four ladies find a way to face their lives. They stand for each other, care and love. That strong bond and the relationship takes them a long way. Al fur characters took my heart. But my favorite is Lucy whom I think is great and amazing.
My Rating for this book is 4/5 (★★★★) and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves to read Carole Matthews.
In conclusion, I must add that, I am in love with the writing style of Carole Matthews.
After all no matter what happens, Chocolate makes you feel happy!!!!
