review 1: The story of Katya and Nayir is not the main plot in this sequel, but their wedding plans provide a background of normalcy for the otherwise grisly tale. Katya is driven to focus on a and ultimately solve the mystery surrounding the murders of many women over a period of years. Given the repressive Saudi society, it is difficult to imagine she can really do this even with the help of an American female serial killer specialist.
review 2: A view into Saudi Arabia, and particularly the immigrant workers whose passports are taken and who become nothing more than indentured servants if not, for women, slaves. Made me think of the Qatari World Cup Stadiums being built with hundreds (if not thousands) of men being killed by the work conditions... regardless of what

Really enjoyed this. Gave one more insight to the women's lives in Saudia.
