review 1: I didn't like this one as much as the first one. There was more swearing (especially in the beginning, though it did get better as the book went on), and the random jumping around in time at the beginning really confused me. After the beginning straightened itself out, I enjoyed it more but there was still too much angst among the main characters--that didn't stop until the very end. I really didn't like the part that took place with Knox, at all. It was too unbelievable, and I know care how smart Chubs is, he isn't a doctor. However, I really liked the character additions (especially Jude and Cole), and I'm glad that we're starting to get some answers. I'm looking forward to the third book.
