review 1: Stranger in the Room, the second book in the Keye Street series, brings us more information about Keye, her family and the odd cast of characters that surround her. We get all of this information wrapped inside a realistic and tightly written thriller that kept the suspense building all the way to the end. These are character driven thrillers and the characters are kept extremely busy in this one. Like the first book, there are multiple plot lines at work here, all of which add to the work. Ms. Williams has built a world full of characters that I can't wait to meet again in the next book in the series.
review 2: Thank you Goodreads. Stranger in the Room was so exciting. The characters seemed familiar to me, and that was because I had purchased her first book Th... moree Stranger You Seek recently. Keye Street, a former government profiler, was fired because of her drinking. She opened her own detective agency it was fairly successful. There is so much action in the book, I could hardly put it down. Great plots (many of those), and the characters are fantastic. I would recommend this to all lovers of a crime thriller. Can't wait till her next book. less
