review 1: Dr. Keye Street is a private investigator with a background in the FBI. She's called to assist in the investigation of what appears to be a serial killer in small-town Whisper, Georgia. Keye is a sharp investigator who doesn't miss a thing, hanging on to her new-found sobriety and relationship issues by a thread. She deals with people and situations in a focused, no-nonsense manner and really feels for the victims and their families. There were some intriguing plot twists that made this story feel different and new. I hope to read other books by this author, getting to know Keye better in the process.
review 2: Wow……surprisingly I never guessed who did it…..and there is a lot to be said about that!! As an avid reader of thriller and mystery novels f... moreor over 45 years, it's hard to fool me. Most plots have been overdone in one way or another to where the truth just pops out about the middle of the book. Not this one!!! I must say that Amanda Kyle Williams is a master at her craft and although this is my first introduction to her work, it won't be the last. I can hardly wait to read more now!! less
