review 1: I enjoyed this book, but it cut off before we got see the mates bond, it felt like a part 1 of 2, which left me a little disappointed and not feeling the connection between the three. The rest of the books in the series are short and I have often felt like they were incomplete, but not to this extent. I love this series and this author, so I hope this means that there is more to come in their story.
review 2: I loved it and hope we read more about this trio! Leif, Blake and Rhaegar were amazing. I wished it had been longer, we finally have where they three of them get together and the story ends. I mean the first part of the story is about Leif & Blake and their getting together, then going to the Fae world. Then Rhaegar is introduced to them, but as drag
... moreons bond through sex they are doubtful of the mate bond as they cannot sense it. So the second part is about seeing if they are mates and can they make it work but dealing with the mutants. It was a quick read but could have done with a little more of their ménage once they finally got their act together. This is why I had to mark it down one star. But I am eagerly awaiting the next book and hopefully it will not take long. I want to know more about what Blake brings to the mutants and why he is so important to them and I do not believe it is just because he knows the formula and was one that got away. They want him and need him alive while this made sense on Earth, but with the mutant maker on the Fae world, why? why is Blake still that important. I could see if they wanted to kill him as a traitor, but once again they want him alive. This brings up the other question of mutant dragons. In the previous book they were thought to be extinct, as the dragons had not been seen in forever. But now we have mutant dragons, so were they taken to be experimented on? Why were they never mentioned before for they are distinctive and stand out among regular dragons. Because of all the questions and disconnects I had to mark it down one star. less

Way too short. Ending was abrupt. I didn't feel the love between the MC's. 2.5stars
