review 1: I like Andrew Grey books, they are usually a sweet read, reliable for a fuzzy feel good story with little to no angst.Larry is raising his nephew after his sisters death, meets Joshua and they hit it off very quickly,Angus ( the kid not the beef) is likeable and cute.I did get a little annoyed with the constant Lion references. But yeah, it's short and sweet, but not my favorite Andrew Grey book.
review 2: Larry is in doubt considering raising his five years old nephew, Angus, after his mom died in an accident. But then this pair of uncle and nephew met Joshua whose Angus seems to take a sudden liking--and it seems it's not only Angus.The story is so sweet and most of the time made my heart clench. I really love their chemistry though their characters are not g... moreetting much exploration--well, it was just a novella. The pace is paced up in some part and the attraction and relationship feels quite sudden, while still maintaining its sweetness. Angus' character is quite inconsistent, too--few times he talked like he's over five. But all in all, it's a nice story about family. less
