review 1: Children live together on an idyllic planet where they never grow old. They manage perfectly well by themselves until an adult arrives and starts to make them question everything they believe to be true.Although I enjoyed this book, I also found it quite sad as the children's innocence was gradually eroded. However it is definitely a book worth reading. It will be interesting to see whether children have the same reaction to it as adults do.
review 2: This was a cute book for kids. It teaches many lessons that all kids should learn about being selfless and caring for other people. The two main characters learn through experience that getting everything they want ends up causing pain to others. The illustrations were the right amount to keep younger kids inte... morerested but not enough to be considered a picture book. I think this would be a great book to read to a child before bed for several nights. less
