review 1: This book is a set of flimsy hypotheses of what works in the entertainment industry. Most of the book is spent defending the idea with data. This is probably true for certain industries with high capital outlays necessary. But none of this is explored and considered in depth. The short summary is that the Entertainment industry is built on blockbusters and no company can survive in these industries without them. less
