review 1: the book was rather better the second time I read it. I read this book in high school and was not a big fan but recently ran out of boooks to read so I figured I would start re-reading my library the second time around it was much better and did not drag as much. The main character neily I cant help but feel sorry for through the whole book since he never knows how carly felt. The way she broke up with him was just horible and her reasoning behind it just made me not feel sorry for carly at all. I understood why she did it but still if you love someone why do something like that to them.Any ways book over all I would give it a 7 out of 10 the second time around.
review 2: This book took me quite awhile to get into, but once I got into it I thoroughly enjoyed it
... more. If I could give it a 3.5 I would; it went from a 3 through the beginning to a 4 towards the end. The story is told from the perspective of 2 people following the loss of their cousin/best friend and ex-girlfriend. I like the duality of this as they both had different perspectives on situations and characters. Listened to this as an audiobook and the readers did a good job. less
