review 1: Ok so I swallowed inhaled...ahhh not sure how to list it but for me it was like reading one very large book and not separate ones. I have completely enjoyed these books and the land that Anne Bishop has created for it. This is the second series I have read from this author and I couldn't put that one down either. Thank you Anne for the imagination you have and more importantly have shared with us.
review 2: Twilight's Dawn is a collection of 4 short stories. After reading the first story I thought, well I finally did it. I got my fill of the Black Jewels series. It wasn't bad but it was just MEH. I thought okay book lets steam to the end for a 4 star at least. The next 3 stories blew me away and the last 2 definitely had the fluid pooling in my eyes. I'm... more so glad I didn't look over any reviews because there seems to be controversy over it which would have been a major spoiler. Not knowing anything going in just BLEW ME AWAY! Loved it and I'm sitting here a little sad and a little happy. The ending was almost perfect. less
