review 1: Stupid. Just stoopid. Why did ANYONE think this was a good idea? Author? Author's sycophantic yes-man friends? Editorial assistant? Editor? Publisher? Any of you could have nipped this in the bud by saying no. But instead you all said, "Oh, yeah. Great idea. Go for it. That's what you want to do." Really? It's not funny. It's not clever. It's not endearing. It doesn't make sense. Not even as nonsense. The art is amateurish and slap-dash. It's not designed well. Really, it has NOTHING going for it. Who do you think is the audience for this book? What do you think this book contributes to the world? Please, editors of the world, just say no to this kind of crap. I'm really surprised because this is worse than many self-published efforts. But I guess that says a lot about th... moree state of the children's book publishing world nowadays.A bad book owes to many trees a forest of apologies. And this one much more so than others.
review 2: This book was awesome. Most kids think burping is hilarious because it is rude, so using that as a way to teach kids their numbers and letters in a book is brilliant. My son says that these are some silly robots. We had a lot of fun reading this together, I love it when I get my hands on a book that makes my kids laugh. The author did a great job on this. With the simple, yet colorful and random illustrations thrown in, this is a fantastic book. less

I didn't get it. Maybe it's one of those books where you have to be a kid to think it's funny?

Whoa. This book is insane. It's Terrance and Phillip, with robots, for kids.
