review 1: Sanderson is easily one of my favorite authors. It's a wonder what he can do with concepts such as multiple personality disorder (legion) and forgery (the emperor's soul). After reading it both, I wanted more from the two novellas because I enjoyed them very much. Sanderson's magic system is always amazing, especially in The Emperor's soul, because you can always feel that the world is real. The characters are badasses and the plots are always compelling to me. If I'll rate them separately, I'll give Legion 4 stars because I really liked Leed's ability and the characterization of his personas and I'll give The Emperor's Soul 5 stars because it felt like a mini Stormlight Archive story, not to say that they're the same, but I saw the same elements that I liked from the Way ... moreof the Kings in this story.
review 2: Me dijeron que estos relatos eran perfectos para iniciarse con este autor y tenían toda la razón. LEGIÓN y EL ALMA DEL EMPERADOR son dos historias cortas pero intensas y adictivas. Son ese tipo de historias que sabes que son imposibles, pero la pluma del autor difumina la línea que separa la fantasía y la realidad con una maestría que te deja sin aliento. Dos historias totalmente distintas, dos relatos que me han dado mucho en lo que pensar. Definitivamente, repetiré con el autor :3 less
