review 1: A humorous story of a woman who has left her husbank because he cheated on her. Now he is dying of a heart ailment. He gives her his little black book and asks that she contract his "sweethearts" that ended on a bad note. Her living room becomes a waiting room for all who wants to visit with Artie. Another secret he had was that he has a son. He wants Lucy to contact him so that can get to know each other. Fast paced novel that I enjoyed.
review 2: I thought the storyline was dumb. Her husband is a dog yet she takes care of him when she learns he is dying.Plus she becomes close to two of Artie's ex-flames.And I don't want to tell you what else was dumb cuz that would give part of the story away.I enjoyed the writing style, though, and that kept me reading this ... morebook.Would you move back in with your estranged cheater husband and take care of him if he was dying? less
