review 1: I loved that story. It made me realize how much I dislike Valentine and the things he had done. But I really really enjoyed the last part, with Tessa meeting baby Clary (what an adorable baby btw) and Jocelyn. Since both series are set in completely different centuries, it's really beautiful to see them collide, to see the characters intervene. Cassandra is basically creating what's impossible to add to the main storyline of both series into the Bane Chronicles, and that's fan-fiction. And I like that. The lost star is for the absence of my favorite character. Other than that, I shed a couple of tears and I got really emotional at some part in particular. :') less
