review 1: I enjoyed the articles very much, but I'm not a huge fan of the short choppy approach to books. I prefer a more detailed deep report on a particular subject in the books that I read, and this book was a collection of editorials previously written by Chip and Dan Heath. I did like the material however, and I plan to read Switch very soon. Further, because this book is free and extremely short it is worth spending a couple of hours reading it to wet your appitite.
