review 1: Chris Carter just seems to come up with more horrific ways of torturing and murdering victims in each new book. I have read the first three and this one is the best of the lot. The writing is superb, characters are extremely well developed and the plot was top notch. I never saw the ending coming and yet the clues were all there to have worked out the killer. He is now right up there with the very best psychological thriller writers.
review 2: Personally, this is currently my favourite book of all the 'Robert Hunter series'. Though it might be just a little bit slow in the beginning, the development is good! The ending? If only more more actions were to be done, it would have been so great. But, as for what it was it's already good enough to be on the norm of R
... moreobert Hunter level. For this particular book, it involves a lot of a little bit of complex imagining process. That's why I said it's kinda slow, well at least for me. But, that's what that make its great! In a nutshell, it's a goodread! less
