review 1: I enjoy this type of book, lots of action and some characters that you can sink your teeth into. It would have gotten more stars but when Jonathan is running all over Europe to find Emma, it did get a bit unbelievable. I give most of these books very wide latitude when it comes to the physical capabilities of the characters, but after swimming for hours, he steals the boat, kills the guy in his house, and then we find out he is able to drag the body down to the garage, put him in the car and then at some point put him in the passenger seat while going 100 miles an hour? That was a bit too much for me. But overall it was good, with some interesting plot twists.
review 2: No seguimento de "As Regras do Fingimento", o Dr. Jonathan Ramson volta a ser perseguido pel... morea polícia devido às alhadas que têm origem numa outra missão que a sua mulher, Emma Ramson, agente secreto, está envolvida. Mais uma vez a polícia não acredita que o Ramson é apenas um médico dos Médicos Sem Fronteiras e corre pela vida para tentar provar que nada tem a ver os acontecimentos nefastos que se verificam no início da narrativa. Dejà vu? Nada disso, é apenas um remake do argumento base utilizado em "As Regras do Fingimento" com algumas nuances para parecer uma história nova.Interessante q.b. mas sem trazer nada de novo, serve apenas como leitura de aeroporto (que foi na realidade a sua verdadeira função ;)). Lê-se, entretém um pouco e esquece-se. less
