review 1: I wish this book was longer, that's all I've got to say, too short, and not long enough, and needs more pages to it. and I don't see a date on when the next one is coming out, which doesn't make me a bit happy. I have to wait. I am not the most patient person in the world, which is usually why I don't read series until they are complete. I read this series for a goodreads challenge, and read all books in like a matter of two days. now I have to wait. this sucks.
review 2: I think I've just fallen in love with Dax and Sydney.There is just something so loveable about both of them when they're together.Dax under a Naomi cloud, not so great. Dax dazzled by Sydney, a completely different perspective.The fact that Sydney isn't fazed by Turner is great, the fa... morect that the other lead females like her is a big plus. She is also fun, which after all the drama is something which is needed.But what's with the abrupt ending? It just came out of nowhere and smacked me in the face. Not that I mind the cliffhangers. These books are all about the drama and cliffhangers to me scream 'drama'. It's like when you watch a series on the telly. Each series ends on a cliffhanger, it leaves you wanting more. You don't get people moaning about that.It's certainly left me wanting more. In fact I can't seem to get enough of this series. Yes, the drama may verge on the ridiculous at times. Yes, some of the characters are outright filthy. But that's part of what makes it all such fantastic fun. less
