review 1: Reminiscent of the "Series if Unfortunate Events" books, this takes off in a more modern direction, with the Cheeseman family,currently consisting of Dad, Three relative odor free children, a hairless psychic fog and a sock puppet named Steve, (Mum has been kidnapped, but they are being chased by secret government agents one of whom is a chimpanzee, and these crazies will do anything to steal the cleverly designed time travel machine, that Dad had been working on for years to get Mon back home.Also trailing them at a quick pace are corporate villains, a cowboy poet, and various members of a traveling circus. Now if this doesn't peak your interest I suggest you check your pulse! Its a funny, delightful, wacky story that should keep you entertained for long enough to wish i... moret were a movie or at least a clever TV show for kids instead of the mindless drivel that is currently being broadcast every day.ENJOY!
review 2: Ethan Cheeseman's three attractive, polite, and relatively odor-free kids have a hard time making friends. Most would say it has to do with the fact that they are always on the run from the CIA, international super spies, and small kitchen appliance manufacturers. But with a hairless, psychic dog to warn them from impending danger, it makes hiding a whole lot easier. Why are they being chased? That's a good question.
