review 1: Wrote a review. Internet failed. Lost everything. So here are some of the things I said:- it's really enjoyable, much more engaging than JL (only discussing the first volumes)- liked the dynamics between characters; I think I hate Green Lanterns.- the story was pretty nice and the villain was threatening (compared to the JL... I mean, in the JL they didn't portrayed things right, it didn't feel like the Earth/Metropolis/whatever was going to perish).- has potential; gonna read the 2nd volume and see why it was cancelled.
review 2: Good storyline, but this ragtag team is full of some of the… well, to be nice, less inspiring? superheroes of the DC universe. Everyone spends so much time bickering that you want the villains to succeed. It improves a little towa... morerds the end, where it goes out literally with a bang. There's only one more volume in the series - despite its flaws I think they could have stuck it out a little longer. less
