review 1: I found this book delightful from the first. I loved the progress of the mentor-Tiro relationship between Basil and Griffin and how Griffin has to deal with Nicopolis's evil. The relationship with the human girl was interesting to see how it would evolve. I will be downloading the next installment soon and look forward to spending an afternoon with tea and reading another of Darby's fine efforts.Keep writing Darby.
