review 2: Fantastic book, one of the best books on leadership that I have read. The book is extremely well-organized, and lays out a comprehensive vision for being a great leader, and building a leadership culture. Novak describes a process for becoming a people-centered leader, and gives clear examples of how that sort of leadership plays out in multiple business examples. Highly recommended for anyone in any kind of leadership role, not just business. less
