review 1: This book took me like half an hour to read and after the amazing ending to Wingless and Damned I couldn't wait to read the next book in the series and it was well worth the wait! Wingless and Damned was such a short book full of action and amazing characters! The plot was amazing and I just kept wanting to read on to find out what was going to happen next but I didn't really understand why Alexander and Gaius went after revenge well I did but I didn't in a way! I know that they went for revenge for what happened to their brother but there was nothing else said about whether they got revenge or not! The book was also very short and I would have loved it to have been longer! The characters were again amazing! Lea was brave and determined to find Alexander and also I really ... moreenjoyed the story being told from her point of view! Alexander wasn't really in this book as much as he was in the last one but I can understand why he wasn't in it that much! I also loved Zari and Gaius but I would have loved more scenes with the both of them in it together! The ending was just full of action and I loved it! I am really looking forward to seeing where the next book in this series goes! The cover is so pretty as well! Big thank you to Dawn for an ARC of Wingless and Forsaken!
review 2: This novella was different. Not "bad-different" but "good-different".Best Part of the Book: This is a action packed novella.There seems to be every magical creature in this book. I loved it. It was fast paced (but did not seem rushed) . I love Alex and Lea! I love the plot and the purpose of trying to end the curse and not end the curse. I can't go into to much detail because I don't want to spoil it for anyone. This novella starts out with how the curse began with Aison and Cierra and progressively goes down the line. For this to be such a short novella, I think Dawn White did an amazing JOB!!Not so great about book: It ended too fast! Actually, it ended so fast that I email Dawn White because I thought something was wrong with the copy I got. However, she assured me that it was the full copy!Now I HAVE to read Book 2: Wingless and Forsaken less
