review 1: I recieved this book from the goodreads give aways and, although it had taken me a while to get round to reading it, I am glad that I did. This book was great to read, filled with plenty of unexpected twist and turns and I really felt like I was there watching it all happen before my eyes! There were moments in this book that will stay with me forever, so yes i absolutely definately recommend this book to anyone who likes a spook. I was never one to have anything to do with witches and covens, but this truly was worth reading!
review 2: This book is just okay...it took me a really long time to get through it. It is about a police detective who has to go back to her hometown and her roots to infiltrate a coven of witches. She herself is a witch and she has be... moreen living her whole life trying to keep that part of her hidden, but girls are being murdered left and right and she must become what she hates the most. The plot is very slow moving and not a lot happens until the end of the book. I would like to read the next one to find out what becomes of Samantha, and hopefully the pacing will improve. less
