review 1: this was my first foray into the vampire world so I found some bits hard to fathom however I loved Jack's dialogue he's just.too.hot n funny. I really loved Emma's character and really felt what she was going through. poor Jason though my heart broke for him! I really enjoyed it and its not like any other book I've read to date which is brilliant as there are too many stories being recycled at the.moment!
review 2: 3.5 stars. I really liked the book. The concept was great! I love when angels, devils, and gods get human emotions because it makes it so easy to be sucked into the book. I loved that Emma was a kick as Angel that didn't take crap from any one. Is it awful to say I liked the devil, I mean Jack? He's such a likable character. A devil with tattoos, rip... moreped jeans, a leather jacket, and human emotions? Yep, definitely likeable ;) Anyways it only gets 3.5 because towards the end the story was all over the place. I would of been okay with the book ending half way through and just starting the next book. It felt like the book got to the climax and resolution to quickly. Mid way I was getting bored and felt like the story was getting dragged. I can't wait to start the next book because I want to read more about Jack and his awesomeness. less
