review 1: Such a sweet and wonderful read. I love the Holbrook family. The interaction between brothers, the ever worrying mother and a father who wanted his kids to see the good things in life and remember family is the most important thing. Derek, Viscount Banfield meet his betrothed on one of the saddest days of his life. For him it is love at first sight and is happy with the arranged marriage their fathers have planned out for them, Clementine however is not. During the seven years he must wait for her hand, he remains devoted, sending her letters and not even looking at other women. Sweet, funny and sexy. Another great read from Delilah Marvelle. Was given a copy of the book by the publisher for an honest review.
review 2: Very sweet and slow building love(... moreat least on her part). Derek was so sweet and very, very forward about his feelings and his intentions towards Clementine. It was instant for him. For her it took some time to say I love you, and I'm glad for that. I thoroughly enjoyed their journey of discovery and learning and teaching one another on what they each brought to the relationship. I'll definitely have to start this series from the start. less
