review 1: Another good read by Denise Hunter! Life gets complicated when Sabrina corresponds on-line as Sweetpea with Tucker. They fall in love and Tucker knows who she really is but is afraid he will chase her off if she finds out that he knows. Sabrina has been hurt by a broken engagement and is afraid to trust again. She also has a big secret. Sabrina learns that God will forgive her if she lets him and Tucker is also willing to forgive as Christ did.
review 2: I liked this book because of the author. It's not one of my favorites but it's still good. Sabrina: Smart. Practical. Secretive. She's set that she won't fall for Tucker. She is a mystery writer. Tucker. He goes for what he wants.Sabrina works at a cafe. Tucker goes every morning to the cafe to have his co... moreffee. Sabrina pores him his coffee every morning. Sabrina is also known as Sweatpea. They chat online, but he doesn't know it's her. She has connections with his past that she doesn't want him to find out about. That's why she won't let their relationship go any further than the internet. He hires Sabrina to find Sweatpea. During their search, she realizes how much she likes him. He knows that she is Sweatpea. He wants her to come out and say it that she's Sweatpea. Her sister comes to visit. The problem with that is that Sabrina sent Tucker pictures of her sister pretending to be Sabrina. He knows it though. She broke up Tucker's sisters' marriage. Sabrina tells him everything. I mean everything. She tells him she's Sweatpea. She tells him she broke up the marriage. He forgives her. They start kissing in the rain. Sweatpea will always be now and forever be known as Sabrina. less
