review 1: I totally fell in love with this book and these characters. Brodie and Grace have an attraction for each other that hits them like a hurricane. The two of them together are a force of nature that is just way too strong to be controlled. Along with the attraction and sex, there is consideration for the other and enough humor to elicit belly laughs. Throwing a mischievous puppy and a crusty old pelican into the mix just adds to the wonderful warm feeling the book gives you. I can't recommend this book highly enough. Loved, loved, loved!!!
review 2: I loved Pelican Point, book one of this series, so I had to read book 2 as soon as I could get my hands on it. Brodie and Grace are great. Both are very strong and independent and he is so sexy. Love their con... morenection right from the start. The flow of the book was a little different then book 1. I liked the growth of their relationship, but I felt that not much else was accomplished. Not the buildings, schooner, or Grace's relationship with Ford. I guess I felt that there was more to be said. I still look forward to seeing Ford an Delia story in Sandpiper Island. less
