review 1: If you want a great serial killer book I would recommend Isabel Allende's Ripper, but this kept me entertained. Great summer read for those of us who love a love story intertwined with murder and mayhem. Yes, it's was predictable and implausible as other's have mentioned, and you will know who the killer is after the first few chapters, but it was still the kind of mental floss one needs every now and again.
review 2: Please Don't Tell by Elizabeth Adler is the first book I read by this author. I was recommended this book; I was also drawn in because of the beautiful cover. Unfortunately, the story did not live up to my expectations. I found the plot entirely predictable. Additionally, the constant descriptions of what the characters were wearing completely... more bored me. This book is too girly for me, but others might like it. I will not be reading this author again. 2 stars. less
