review 1: A big solid "meh" - I really like a couple of this author's books, but this one was pretty boring and plodded along without much happening at all - not one of her best. The main characters were uninteresting, the entire reason they got married was really contrived and weak - like I said - "meh" - has zero re-read value. Luckily I got it from the Amazon Prime lending library so I wasn't out any money.
review 2: Loved, loved, loved this book. I have yet to read anything by this author I didn't like but this was definitely one of my favorites. I loved Eyes, but it was very intense and the violence was stressful. This was a great love story without the physical violence that I found so stressful.
