review 2: When I began reading this book I was surprised by the format and the storytelling style. The format is telling one long story of what happens on All Hallows Eve. There are seven stories total. The book is like a short story collection of one boy's life from ages 12-18. The author makes you feel like you are transported back in time of the 1940's.
