review 1: Dystopian Violence at its best!Picking up where Halo left off, the ride is fast and violent and full of emotion. Frankie Rose is mastermind of twists and turns and throwing the reader for a loop. There is angst as there should be with YA but there is soooooooo much more. Kit's emotional growth and ability to cope with her emotions is a key point to this book, but the war between Freetown and the Sanctuary/Lockdown is coming and preparation is crucial. The emotional highs and lows of Kit are strong, and as a reader I felt it all. There were moments of shock, of awe, of sadness, of elation and WTH! This is an emotional roller coaster that left me dumb stuck and desperate for more. Where's the next book Frankie!!!
review 2: It was this series that got me back into
... morereading. The blurb for Halo instantly got my attention and radicals was even better.I put off reading it for so long since I had a feeling it would end on a cliffhanger. And now? I'm depressed that I have to wait for the next book. This book was amazing! I felt a growth in Kit as well shown in her narrative. I felt her personanility was depicted really well especially after having the Halo removed. It was brilliantly done. Not going to spoil this book for anyone so I'll stop now, :) less
