review 1: This book is my favorite book of all time, I read in school in March through April and I loved this book so much. Just the adventure and the mystery in this book, made me fell in love. This also a series which I am the most excited about. The first book blew me away, what about the other books? Will the be as good or even better? The evil is one of the best villains I can think of, because the evil is devious, it make you want to join their side. The excitement blew my mind. I have no words to explain this book, but Amazingly well done.
review 2: It's an okay book, but a lot of the stuff is kind of cliche/unimaginative. Maybe because the basic ideas are in a lot of books (and in life also), but it would be better if there was more embellishment on those basic i... moredeas. For example -- calling evil The Evil, and having it simply possess others is a good representation, but one that's overdone. I guess this is meant for younger kids, probably... less
