review 1: This is a futuristic, paranormal romance set in Chicago. I love it when an author can make me go from disliking a character to loving them. Devyn is that sort of character. It was Bride that could totally change him. Their banter was snarky, funny, and leads to mutual admiration and into love. This is the fourth book in the Alien Huntress series, I did feel I was missing a bit of the back story and quickly checked the website to get caught up. Justine Eyre does a fantastic job narrating. I will continue on with the series as well as catch up with the previous books.
review 2: This book was just wicked I loved every moment of it that I read it in three hours last night! I loved everything about the book there was so much action and so much passion I can't get en... moreough of this series it always puts me on edge for the next book in the series which I can't wait to read because it sounds just as good as this one!:) This book starts out with us meeting Bride who is a vampire but she thinks she is the only one left in the world because she can't find anybody else that is like her she later finds out why in the end of the book. She meets a man named Devyn who knows about vampires but won't give her answers about them unless she gives him something in return. Devyn is a charmer or player. I really don't like him at first but by the end of the book I'm in love with him and so is bride which is crazy because he tells her at the beggining that he has already had a vampire and he doesn't want another one but bride is special because she is a certain type of vampire a nerffeti I think it was called which means she is very powerful and can do alot of different things with different powers because vampires usually only have one power but with nerffeti's they have more than one power in the end of the book bride finds out that bride isn't her real name that the tattoo on her arm means she suppose to get married to a guy named Mckell and he's an ass and I don't like him at all. But it don't matter because Devyn and Bride are already married because well you will find out when you read the book but in the end I loved this book it was awesome and I can't wait for the next book!:) less
