Gone Girl is a famous novel by Gillian Flynn, an American writer. This book was published in 2012 and without any further delay became a bestseller.

The main character is Nick Dunne, a supposed killer of Amy, his wife. This is an interesting story about difficult marriage. Nick lost his job as a journalist and they had to move from the New York City to a small town. They managed to open a bar, but their private life was going downhill. Amy hated her new life now. Finally, on the fifth anniversary she was missing. Nick became the first alleged criminal. However, there is the one and only question. Is Nick a killer?

This novel was screened thanks to cooperation of 20th Century Fox and Reese Witherspoon's production company. Gillian Flynn participated in screenplay writing. The movie “Gon... moree Girl” will be released in October, 2014 with Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike in the main roles. less
