review 1: Recomendable para todos, especialmente para corredores (novatos o expertos). Desmiente muchos mitos relacionados con el ejercicio en general y dan sugerencias y tips de cómo ejercitarnos mejor. Aunque hay demasiadas referencias a estudios (con personas y ratones) que pueden llegar a cansar, el texto es fácil de entender y en ocasiones la autora pretende hacer comentarios graciosos. Una buena referencia y motivación para seguir moviéndote y mejorar tu salud.

Interestingly, all the scientists who complete these studies all fit exercise into their routines! I found the book interesting without being too heavy and the author was humorous at times too. less
