review 1: I enjoyed this book and could easily recommend it to someone who is struggling with finding happiness in their own life. However, if you are already happy and satisfied in life, it reads a little bit like a downer. This author already has so many wonderful things in life to be happy about and she struggles to find happiness or beats herself up about all the things she might like to accomplish but doesn't get around to. Generally speaking, though, I do think happiness is a real goal one can strive for and achieve.

... moreicipating its arrival. Update Fall 2014: I've written in it each day for almost 2 years. I love that it only has a few lines for each day (not a daunting space to fill!) and now that I'm nearing the end of my 2nd year in this 5 year journal, I love to be able to easily read the lines above and reflect on what my life was like exactly one year ago on the very same day. The quotes and inspirations at the top of each page pair so well with the journaling process. I love this journal! less

This is a sweet journal because you only have space to write about two sentences per day.
