review 1: This was a cute first book,but I felt it lacked in some parts for me. Shelby is a good character but she seemed just a stereotypical teenager. We see glimpses of what makes her character but not enough of what her changes will mean and the effects back home. Austin is the same way, and even his hunky looks and werewolf drama don't make things up for me. I still think it's a fun book and good for a fast read that helps your supernatural brain have fun digesting(no pun intended).
review 2: I liked this book. It was of a girl named Shelby, who's mother died 3 years ago. Her dad married another woman, and she was sent to brat camp. Just when Shelby thinks it will be the worst experience ever, she meat Austin. He is the son of a legend singer, and werewolf. He h... moreas serums to take on full moons, but it is taken away for being thought as drugs. Shelby helps Austin and makes a new friend named Ariel. The camp is Crescent Camp or Crescent Moon. While Austin is in his wolf form, a cougar is stalking Shelby. She thinks Austin is chasing her, but he is protecting her. He is injured, and Shelby helps him. While she is doing that, his teeth graze her arm. I predict that for the second book, she becomes a werewolf... less
