review 1: Snatchabook is the perfect picture book that illustrates the love of books. The woodland creatures love hearing stories at night and listening intently to each word read. But one day a new creature called a snatchabook steals the stories from all the animals. Can the snatchabook be convinced to give the books back? You will need to read the book to find out. Snatchabook is excellent and a rhyming book that is sure to be popular with book loving parents hoping to share their love of reading with their young children.
review 2: Summary: Eliza Brown is a rabbit that always reads before she goes to bed. One night she sat down to read the book and the Snachabook came in and stole the book right from her hands. The Snachabook started going around all of the town and
... more taking everyones books because he wanted to read them. Once Eliza found out what was going on around town, she wanted to solve the mystery. Analysis: This book was interesting because there was a mystery about where the books were going and then at the end, the mystery was solved. The author used a lot of illustrations to tell the story in a different way that could be better understood by younger children. The book flows well and gave the tone of mystery to it. It rhymed which makes it easier to read. It makes the listereners curious as to what is going on and makes the reader more interested. Overall, there was a good moral/lesson behind the message of the book. The theme was “focusing on turning the wrong back to a right”. less

Rhyming picture books aren't usually my favorite, but this one is very cute.
