review 1: Henry Cloud covers a topic that few people ever talk about --how to end a relationship, when it is needed and when a relationship simply needs fixing. Cloud is a coach of business executives with a strong background in psychology. He covers a lot of ground on why executives hesitate to fire or do it badly and how to correct that. On the way by, he includes dealing with personal and family relationships that need to end - and those that don't. It's a worthwhile read from either perspective.
review 2: I think so many of us suffer unnecessarily because we hold on to things that we should just let go of. There are a number of reasons why this happens, but one of the things I have always tried to do is keep myself stored up with options.
