review 1: When I first started Damaged 1, I had a really hard time getting into it. I was totally caught up on the Arrangement, and I wasn’t happy to be starting a new series. But by the end of Damaged 1 and the beginning of Damaged 2, I was so completely hooked! I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next for Sidney and Peter, and I was not disappointed in Damaged 2!Damaged 2 picks up right where Damaged 1 left off, and I couldn’t wait to see how Sidney and Peter would handle the Dean situation. But after a big revelation, things seem to not be going as expected, and Peter and Sidney are fighting.It’s so hard to talk about this book without spoilers because I just want to talk about everything I loved because there was a lot! From little moments with Millie to the crossov... moreer with Sean and Avery from The Arrangement to the way the whole thing ended, I really just loved the whole story. There were a couple moments where I started to get mad, but they didn’t last long.I honestly have no complaints about Damaged 2, other than the fact that it ended! However, I know that the characters will be back in side roles in the other Ferro series, so it’s all good. Honestly, if you haven’t read H.M. Ward yet, you need to! I am loving these books!
review 2: Nakon prve knjige radnja se nastavlja otkrivajući Peterovu prošlost te tko je zapravo on, a Sidney se mora suočiti sa povratkom na mjesto događaja koje ju je promjenilo u njezinoj srži.Nakon prvog dijela nisam mogao očekivati da može bit bolje, al može. Smijao sam se na ovoj knjizi kao da je neka komedija, ali bilo je i napetih trenutaka. Svakako uzbudljiv završetak priče o Peteru i Sidney (makar se ne bih čudio da napiše još koji nastavak) i nadam se da će i još pisati knjiga vezanih uz ovaj zanimljiv par. less

Oh man, this book made me really angry. I'm mean it's ok for a sequel, but it's really bad comparing it to the first book. I have many problems with Peter and even more with Sidney. In the first book he's a shy university professor and now he's a famous criminal and a hero at the same time? Love of her life protected her? Srsly. It's like a fairy tale. Also, Sidney girl you're so childish and stupid I can't even. AND WTF WITH THAT FUCKING TURKEY

Okay, after reading the first book, I had to keep up and went right to the second and I loved it more. I stayed up night to finish the book. I was ROLLING laughing at 3AM out loud on with the scenes of Mr. Turkey. I thought I would wake up my family. This has the perfect mix of tragedy, hope, laughter, happiness, romance and was just a great book. I recommend this one highly and will be checking out more series from H.M. Ward.
