review 1: This probably serves me right for buying 5 books for €10 at a bargain book sale - there's always a reason the books are there!Desperately trying to be another Bridget Jones, but not even nearly succeeding. Most of the time I just wanted to give the lead character a slap, but she did redeem herself occasionally with the odd laugh-out-loud line or mishap. Amusing enough to while away a couple of hours on a sun lounger, but be prepared to be very irritated most of the time.
