Sherlock Holmes Graphic Novels Adaptation
review 1: Very good like the normal sherlock holmes series. It was interesting to see the different types of characters and it being in Watson's point of view. Also it was very interesting to see the story shift to a sort of diary format of him writing to Sherlock. It was very mysterious and very chilling whenever someone died because of the language they use, even if you don't know what the word means, it sounds scary, so this book had very good word choice and i enjoyed it.
review 2: I have grown up with the adventures of Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson. From reading the books to listening to a midnight radio play to watching the story unfold at a mystery theatre. I thought that was it for mediums of taking in this tale. This discovery at my local library proved me wrong
... morein many ways. That graphic fiction novels are:a. Not all filled with cape wearing super heroes, b. Just for little kids,c. That a word lover like me who's not a big fan of visuals in my fictions because it messes with how I've imagined the characters and the setting, can learn to appreciate the artistry of the plot and not find it distracting. This graphic fiction is a work of art. Foreboding, exciting and a treat for the senses at every turn of the page, this novel packs a punch and does Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's novel justice in conveying the story with a much lesser word count. less

I´ve never been a fan of Sherlock Holmes, though this adaptation might have changed that!
