review 1: Its a really good book...a bit better than the first. I got used to the graphic, smutty sex scenes that shocked me in the first book. Her writing style is so gentle and beautiful except when it comes to her sex scenes. In my opinion they dont match at all. She pulls you in gently from the start..the sex scenes turned me off a bit and i ended up skipping some of them. I continued to read bc the story is so interesting and her writing style is unique..i was still hooked. i wish she described the sex in a more gentle fashion like she did the rest of the story.
review 2: DNF at 2%AS soon as I realized what was happening to the characters in this book, I quit it. It's a literary shame what the author did to these people. I'm actually upset with what happened. I did... more skim through a lot of the book and read ALOT of the spoiler reviews and I'm so upset with the way it went.Nothing about these characters, except Eden, suggests that this is ok.... it weird. Am this would probably be the last book from this author I read. less
