review 1: Where to begin. Heroine was all over the place, especially the second half of the book. One minute she loves Daw and the next Drew. Strung them both along FOREVER, seriously just decide already. I like sex scenes and I don't mind when it is "rough" but all felt the same to me and I skimmed most. What was with this a** obsession? I thought it was strange how she recapped her sexual encounters to Daw, why would you be very explicit with your new boyfriend on what you did with your abuser husband during sex? What really drove me crazy was how she couldn't keep her legs shut when she was around both males. I don't think I'll read the next book.
review 2: Ok, so where to start. Some of this book I found hard to stomach. This is a very dark book, and I dont usually l... moreike to read them. I do like Jettie and her style of writing, so I wanted to try it out. The further I delved into the book, the more I couldn't stop thinking about it. Then the twist, and I got so scared that it was just going to get worse for the main character. Then *woah*.And then *woah*.I'm nervous to read part 2, but am definitely moving it to my TBR...maybe when I stop thinking about this one so much.... less
