review 1: And again, Jill mansell brightens up my day by one of her books making be believe that no matter how though life is, in the end everybody is happy. If you ever feel depressed and in need of some bubbly feelings then you should definitely pick up one of her book. I knew I was going to like this book. The plot seems very girly and overused, but every time Jill Mansell manages to mix it up. As always the book has different perspectives and the story lines get more tangled up the further you read so, it can be irritating at the beginning, but I promise you it's all worth it. As a chicklit it is normal to find it predictable (even though this book wasn't really that 'cause I didn't expect certain things..), but sometimes that is what we need. Simplicity. Her books may be fictio... moren, but they still give me hope that one day everybody will find there prince no matter how old, uninteresting and complicated we are. Love is limitless.. And unpredictable.. I really enjoyed this book.
review 2: If you love chick lit then you'll love this book. It is light, fun, witty and romantic. The women have their quirks and desirable qualities. The men are either gorgeous, charming, hopelessly cute or a combination of all three. The book deals with four relationships all intertwined in one way or another and true to the genre the reader is permitted the indulgence of seeing the relationships it is really rooting for work out. The stories are cleverly weaved and the characters are a whole mixed bag so you'll definitely find someone you like. Recommended as a beach book...whether that beach is St Cary's or not! less
