review 1: So powerful - probably just about every promise resonated with me. More than a few brought me to tears - obviously touching on something I could relate to. I'm not an overly religious person, in fact to be honest, I'd say I shy away from religion. "Spirituality" feels more inclusive, but I LOVE Joel. Every time I see him on television, I'm so enthralled with him, the message he delivers. Joel speaks to everyone, no matter what denomination or religion. This could be a quick easy read, although it's supposed to be read daily; each chapter is only a page or two which a declaration preceding it. VERY inspirational, RIGHT to the point and HIGHLY recommended.
review 2: I loved this book! It is one of those books you just can't put down. It was an easy read an... mored I will use it in the future to remind me of all the promises to speak over my life. It just makes you feel good inside! I would definitely recommend it to any one that need their spirits lifted. I will also LOAN it to members in my family in hopes that it will help them the way it has me! Can't wait to hear their comments after they read this one!! I've already ordered Joel Osteen's new book #BreakOut can't wait for it to arrive! Thank you Pastor Joel for what you have done in my life! You and of course God have changed my life forever! less
